If some one is from Chennai or Benglore they should be shown south Indian language options on priority where as if some one is from north indian plateau they should be shown Marathi Hindi and other options based on the IP location. What I wish to propose is even if some one is opening new account at en wikipedia new account opening form Special:UserLogin/signup on the basis of IP location identification these new account opening people should be asked for their language and supported with appropriate Universal Language input tools. When I studied Special:Log/newusers (new users list) for some of the language wikis from on wikis where was created automatically percentage is less and more account names are created in their own languages progress and development of those wikis is likely to be better. If you see at en wiki template english wikipedia also has avoidable issues with unnecessary non-English use on en wikipedia. When a person reaches to this Special:UserLogin/signup new account opening form neither his mother tongue is asked on that form nor Universal language support is provided at Special:UserLogin/signup.

If search engines and keyboard languages as default would have been their mother tongues these people would have reached their own language wiki's faster.

The reason behind this is majority of people use English search engine versions (like as of google) there they naturally first reach to English Wikipedia and they create account at English Wikipedia then there after these people reach to their own mother tongue destination wikipedias.

was created automatically (I don't know if correct Malyalam translation is എന്ന ഉപയോക്തൃ അംഗത്വം സ്വയം സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു ) category is much more for Indic language wikipedias (ref: a chart is shown below). Request for suggestions and opinion īefore couple of weeks undersigned did small effort to study new users list at Special:Log/newusers for some languages (a chart is shown below).
